I have a dent in my cleavage after breast revison. My surgery was 2 weeks ago and involved capsule removal and placement of alloderm. I noticed the dent as soon as my bandages came off. Will this require revision surgery to fix or will it resolve on its own?

There are two issues here, one is the asymmetric position of the nipples you had before surgery and still do have. If that is your concern, a minilift of the one lower nipple will improve the asymmetry. But I think your concern lies in the fact both nipples are too low on the augmented breast....
