I have a dent in cleavage after breast revision with capsule removal and alloderm. Will this dent resolve on its own? (photo)

It appears that one of the internal sutures used to secure the Alloderm in place may be the cause of the dent. Have a discussion with your surgeon.  Best of luck!

Please do allow some time for the healing process to occur. I am sorry to hear about concerns after revisionary breast augmentation.  As you know, your plastic surgeon will be your best resource when it comes to accurate assessment, advice, and/or meaningful reassurance. Having said that, through experience, I have been impressed how these types of contour irregularities "settle out" with time. My best advice at this point:  time, patience, and ongoing close follow-up with your plastic surgeon. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be pleased with longer-term.

The best answer should come from your surgeon as he knows what he did and what might be the cause of the dent.  That said you are early post op and tincture of time will tell.
