I have a dent in my cleavage after breast revison. My surgery was 2 weeks ago and involved capsule removal and placement of alloderm. I noticed the dent as soon as my bandages came off. Will this require revision surgery to fix or will it resolve on its own?

The pre-op pictures show some asymmetry, which became more apparent with expansion of the breasts from the implants. A procedure called a crescent lift might be the solution. It can often be done under local anesthesia.

There is no problem going larger, you just need to decide whether it's worth the cost.  I think your current result is quite nice and would leave it alone.  Not worth shelling out more money.
