It’s been 16 months since my initial surgery. My nose looked perfect at first but as time went on, it kept looking thicker and noticeably more crooked and off center. I’ve had no clarity as to what caused this or how to fix it. Steroid injections did nothing. And I’d really prefer not to have filler to fix the crookedness because I got this surgery to make my nose look smaller, not bigger.
