Revision rhinoplasty - do I need another surgery? (photos)

I had a revision rhino plastic in early September of 2021. It is still crooked and there is a bump on the top of the right side that makes my tip look uneven. Do I need another surgery ? What can I do ? I had a rib graft inserted inside my nose.

Hello. Collapse of the internal nasal valve does cause breathing issues. A functional problem like this can generally be covered under OHIP and you may ask for a referral to a surgeon who performs this procedure.
