I had a septorhinoplasty procedure in Denver in December 2019 and I loved the feel/results, but recently I've noticed the tip of my nose has been changing. It now feels heavier and more bulbous at the tip, which has caused my nose to have a droopy appearance when I smile and is also pulling my nostrils downward. I now live in New York, so flying back to Denver for a revision would be very costly. Is there a way to to lift/adjust just the nasal tip without a full revision? Thanks for the help!
