I am a 30 year old female who is 2 years post primary rhinoplasty which was aimed at reducing bulbosity. Unfortunately I feel like I have been left with a very asymmetrical result from my front view which has significantly impacted my smile as shown in the photos. My nose now seems to sit at a tilt and has lines, notches and bumps around the tip area. My primary surgeon has declined a revision but I am unhappy with the cosmetic outcome and would appreciate some advice.
