35 year old 113 lbs female here. Lower part of my face has been bothering me. Small double chin, undefined jaw line and developing jowls. What could be done? Is lipo the only option here? Any non surgical procedures that could slim, lift and define the jawline and chin? Like Morpheus, Ultherapy, etc? The last picture is my chin 15 years ago, 100 lbs was my weight back then and that is desired outcome.
Answer: Jawline definition Morpheus8 should help you to refine your jawline. Optimal results are obtained after three treatments. You may also consider FaceTite which is a minimally invasive procedure that requires no general anesthesia. It uses RF technology to tighten the skin.

Answer: Chin You would probably get good benefit from nonsurgical micro-needling with radiofrequency. for a more aggressive treatment, liposuction with ThermiTight or Renuvion can be done. However, I think the first would do well for you.

Answer: Non-surgical skin tightening/fat reduction Liposuction is not your only option. Amongst patients of mine that have minimal submental fullness, and are not open to liposuction, I sometimes consider 1-2 kybella treatments, to target the bothersome pocket of fat under the chin. To augment your natural features, I often opt to use dermal fillers to define the jawline and accentuate the chin. I typically start with a shorter lasting filler, and once we have achieved desired results, consider moving towards longer lasting options. These treatment options are ones I recommend even for patients who opt for Liposuction as liposuction cannot add volume to the chin. To address jowling, I typically recommend subdermal skin tightening modalities such as AccuTite. For patients who do not want to intervene surgically (via liposuction and subdermal skin tightening), I recommend a combination of dermal fillers as well as a series of Morpheus8 RF micro-needling treatments to try and tighten the skin. While there are non-surgical options to address your concerns, it is important to note that the most impressive results are typically seen with surgical intervention.

Answer: Morpheus Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Based on the photos, you would be a better candidate for non-invasive skin tightening rather than liposuction. Morpheus is a good option.

Answer: Submental liposuction Based on your pictures, it looks like would need liposuction. I wouldn’t recommend any RF technology as they tend to overpromise and under deliver. Make sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon with a good eye for the best outcome. I hope this helps, best of luck ! I hope this helps, best of luck !
