Revision osteotomy bone - can the procedure be reversed?

Inventive204742
I had a rhinoplasty where they did Bilateral paramedian, medial-oblique, and lateral osteotomy. With piezo device , i want to reverse whatever was done with no cartilage grafts in any way and no spreader grafts exactly like how it was before with bone , the height of the beidge was reduced about 4 mm , can we rely on natural healing after breaking the bone to fill the gap , or use a scaffold or bone graft to get the exact shape back ? , my next important question is is there an interanl 3d printed biodegradable or material that we can put for support internally under the bone to eupport the area that will allow breathing and allow us to make the the outcome more predictable till bone fusses in place
