I had a primary rhinoplasty/ septoplasty years ago. What needs to be done for a revision? Will it be a risk? IWell I need cartlidge? I’m having issues breathing, Will this be complicated to fix the breathing and appearance?

Did you have a large bump originally? The skin has to go somewhere, so, it stays there, but has some elasticity and stretch to it. I'd start with radiofrequency microneedling (such as Morpheus 8) to contract the skin, as a good treatment.
