I’m a year and 2 months post revision using rib cartilage grafts. Overall I’m satisfied, however a few months ago I started to notice this rounded bump forming on the side of my nose. It’s almost dome shaped and is firm but can be squished down and temporarily flattens. It’s very noticeable in certain lights and seems to become more and more evident as the swelling subsides. If this is a cartilage graft, can it be shaved through the skin or adjusted though a closed approach?
