6-weeks post op primary rhinoplasty. I was looking for subtle refinements and emphasized the importance of looking the same from the front, but slightly more refined. I wanted my bump minimized but NOT ski slope scooped out. Sadly, I did not get the result I wanted and I suspect I have a collapsed right nostril. Is this tip derotation and possibly adding projection possible? I want to re-balance my front profile and move on from all this :(
