I had a bad rhinoplasty in 2015 and got the revision in Oct 2020. My nose profile looks 1000x better than before but my front still looks uneven and one side appears pinched. Inside my nostrils, one is open and I can breathe but the other has a very small opening and, when I sleep, can make it difficult to breathe through my nose. What can be done to even out the nostrils and open up the other side? Paid 15k to get this corrected and I’m only 50% happy with the outcome.

Thank you for your question. It is possible to make your nasal tip slimmer and more projected, and it is recommended for you to achieve a beautiful nose tip shape. Cartilage graft is required for this. Alar base reduction might also be considered, but further examination will be needed to decide.
