Question

I’m 21 years old, and I’ve always felt insecure about the tip of my nose. From the front, the upper two-thirds of my nose looks nice to me, but the tip feels a bit bulbous, which makes my nose look rounder overall. I also have a slight hump on my bridge, but I actually like it and don’t want to change it. What I really want is just to make the tip look a little more refined. Would that typically require a full rhinoplasty, or could it be done with just a tip rhinoplasty?

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Based on your post photos, best results with a full rhinoplasty, but if you desire only a tip, Plastic that can be accomplished with the understanding, you may not be happy and it would be at least nine to what months to one year before you could have revision for rhinoplasty best of virtual concert with to fully understand your options.
