I want to get a cartilage based rhinoplasty only and wanted to see if that is possible for nose bridge narrowing? (Photos)

I am 25M Indian origin with thick skin on my nose although the upper part of my nose is bony. When inhale deeply I can see that my cartilage in the middle part of the nose collapses a little and I kind of like that shape. From what I've I've researched it is possible to not break any nose bone and still remove the excess cartilage and hold it via sutures. Is this possible or is a full blown rhinoplasty the only option?
