I have a small nose and want to decrease the length of my philtrum. Rhinoplasty or filler for upturned nose? (Photos)

Hey, so I was wondering if my upturned nose is able to be transformed into a more neural one. I want this outcome mainly because I have a small nose, and want to decrease the length of my philtrum. I know the vertical increase will be minimal, however it will also make my nasolabial angle less obtuse -> I feel this is more aesthetic. And yeah I am aware of reducing the philtrum via lifting the upper lip, but this does not fix the nose length. So will this outcome need Rhino tip augmentation, maybe a bone graft? Or can it be achieved via very well placed filler in the columella and nose tip. Any insights will be highly appreciated, thank you very much!
