Stubborn swelling in tip 18 months post op - would a kenalog injection help? (Photo)

I have thick skin and am almost 18 months post-op. It seems that I still have some swelling in the tip but how can I be sure if it’s swelling or if this is my final result? Would a kenalog injection be helpful at this point?
