Rhinoplasty but deviated septum - can I do rhinoplasty without correcting caudal nasal septum? (Photos)

Fabulous601040
can i do rhinoplasty without correcting caudal nasal septum? doesn't the nose get crooked? or the caudal septum is visible if the tip is shortened a little? I went to different surgeons but most of them said nothing about this deviation. others said to shorten the septum but how I don't know. when I tell them that if you shorten the caudal septum, you need to compensate with a strut graft to support the tip, but they say it is not necessary in my case. another question. can i do rhinoplasty with local anesthesia with iv sedation. the doctor that I like his job does all noses with this method but saw nothing about correcting my caudal septum
