However, It seems like your eye corners are very downward and It might ve the reason of tired looking. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. You are a great candidate for upper lid blepharoplasty. Your incision will be hidden your natural crease if done properly. The lower lids can be treated surgically or you could consider filler/fat grafting. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area.

Based on your photos, you look like you would be a candidate for an upper blepharoplasty. Your brow position doesn't really have an impact on the visibility of the blepharoplasty scars--they are generally very well-hidden. As for lower blepharoplasty, in-person examination would be most helpful to determine the optimal procedure for you as it's a little difficult to tell from the provided views. Some fat grafting to the cheeks and tear troughs would probably be the best treatment based on what I can see in the photographs.

The eye area needs significant combinations to get improvement. Lasers like erbium, co2, halo, profractional/contour, or Fraxel can all be used to build collagen long term. Hi, you would be an excellent candidate for upper eyelid surgery - specifically a blepharoplasty. This is where it becomes so important that you see an experienced oculoplastic surgeon, as the scar should not be visible if the incision is created along your natural eyelid crease. For your lower eyelids, you have mild volume loss in the tear trough region and would likely do great with filler injections. Please see an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for best results!

Before jumping into any surgeries that may later lead to regret, you may consider the use of a robust HA filler for the upper cheek region, which is a primary support to the infraorbital region, which, when performed properly by an experienced injector, can not only create a more feminine, heart-shaped, oval face, but secondarily improve the hollows and tear troughs. The results are immediate and typically (and happily) quite durable.
