For give you more slanted, upward, young and elegant you I can suggest upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, cat eye and endoscopic brow lift surgery. I would recommend the Foxtail Eyelid Lift which I perform exclusively for the upper eyelids. This will restore the almond shape of your eyes and give you an uplift of the upper face. Either phase the lower eyelids at a later time or simultaneously.

Care has to be taken, especially with the lower eyelid surgery, to address the tear trough, minimal skin removal and an external canthopexy to tighten the corner of the eye. The eye area needs significant combinations to get improvement. Lasers like erbium, co2, halo, profractional/contour, or Fraxel can all be used to build collagen long term. Plasma pen is a newer less invasive option but will take many treatments and require proper skincare. Plasma Pen is focused electrical plasma energy to tighten skin, producing small columns of energy just above the skin, allowing the skin to tighten to help improve wrinkles. This area will have 3-5 days of small “dots” that will then scab and peel, then the skin will tighter and brighter after. It looks like you have some heaviness to your brows, and a bit of excess skin on the upper eyelids. It also looks like the lower eyelids have a prominent tear trough crease. I think starting with upper and lower blepharoplasty may be a good option and a brow lift can be staged at a later time if needed.
