I am a transgender person, my eye shape is affecting my self esteem a lot. I had an orbital decompression surgery 3 years ago which really helped with the bulging. But then I had a blepharoplasty to make my eyes more delicate but it actually ended up making the eyelids less symmetrical and the corners sort of pitched giving the eye a smaller shape and less of the almond shape which I wanted. I’d like to know how much this simulation could be possible please

If you are not happy with the outcome then I suggest you bring this up with your provider.
Your provider should help explain why your results look the way they do and if they think a revision is indicated. Doing so will most likely extend the scar which may be visable.

It’s too soon to judge your blepharoplasty results. There is no obvious evidence that your procedure was done incorrectly.
I suggest giving yourself 3 to 6 months before judging the outcome.
