Question

I am a transgender person, my eye shape is affecting my self esteem a lot. I had an orbital decompression surgery 3 years ago which really helped with the bulging. But then I had a blepharoplasty to make my eyes more delicate but it actually ended up making the eyelids less symmetrical and the corners sort of pitched giving the eye a smaller shape and less of the almond shape which I wanted. I’d like to know how much this simulation could be possible please

It looks like you are interested in a canthoplasty type procedure. You should consult with a very good oculoplastic surgeon to see what options are available to you given a history of orbital decompression and bleph before.

Based on these photos it seems that lateral canthoplasty/peculiar, which will lift lateral corners and elongate eye opening, may be considered in your case. A consultation with a very experienced plastic or Oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

It’s a little bit. Difficult to understand your question. After having two Aesthetic procedures, in this area maybe it’s a good idea to stop having surgical intervention until you need it.
Recognize that there may be inherent limitations to what can or cannot be accomplished with surgical intervention.
Until there’s a clear, solid indication to have surgery the default should be to not operate.
