Upper bleph left a droopy part on my left eyelid. Seems like the incision line gets too low/straight toward the lateral end, and the excess lid skin falls over it. It's clearly an improvement from the Before......but the right eye doesn't have this issue. Should I have the plastic surgeon re-do this eye, or leave well enough alone? Worried that messing with it further could just cause different issues.

Answer: I can't advise you to have this surgeon do this revision.
It’s too soon to judge your blepharoplasty results. There is no obvious evidence that your procedure was done incorrectly.
I suggest giving yourself 3 to 6 months before judging the outcome.

According to your photos, you are a good candidate for upper blepharoplasty surgery (upper eyelid). But also we can combined the blepharoplasty with botox and also a brow lift (not a major one)
I suggest reading up on eyelid anatomy.
I think you are referring to the puncta of your eyelids.
Normal anatomy should not be removed, especially functional anatomy.
