I have to repost this because my photos did not come out last time. I am 1 month post op upper blepharoplasty. I have left eye way bigger than the other. As for the right eye, the incision line extended far out and low, creating crow’s foot look wheb I smile. Is this normal? Will it goes away after sometime?

According to your photos, you are a good candidate for upper blepharoplasty surgery (upper eyelid). But also we can combined the blepharoplasty with botox and also a brow lift (not a major one)
I suggest reading up on eyelid anatomy.
I think you are referring to the puncta of your eyelids.
Normal anatomy should not be removed, especially functional anatomy.
