I have an upper & lower blepharoplasty.I’m happy with the lower but the upper has made my eyes appear uneven

I am not saying that they don't understand eyelid surgery. Aesthetics are all about balance. Performing subtractive upper eyelid surgery seldom achieves balance. You have partial central levator disinsertion, with compensatory eyebrow elevation. Your surgeon ingored the pathology of the central levator aponeurosis. I call your post-surgical situation Post Upper Blepharoplasty Syndrome. It is possible to repair the upper eyelid tendons, lowering the upper eyelid creases, even restoring some of the upper eyelid fold. Skeletonizing eyelids like this makes you look older. Getting your eyebrows to relax down and obtaining as much symmetry as possible are necessary steps to help you achieve your goals. your eyes can be your best feature.

To make a plastic surgery outcome assessment, we need a complete set of proper before and after pictures. You should wait at least 3 to 6 months before assessing the outcome of your procedure. If you don’t have a complete proper set of before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures that you took. 
All people have facial asymmetry. This is normal, and some people recognize it after they’ve had surgery.
From the pictures you’ve included there’s no obvious visible evidence that your procedure was not done well.
Follow up with your provider or schedule a few in person second opinion consultations.
