Bad Columelloplasty - really bad indented suture scar and a bowed out/convex lump beneath that scar. How can I fix this? (Photo)

After an open revision rhinoplasty which aimed to correct a hanging columella, I was left with a really bad indented suture scar and a bowed out/convex lump beneath that scar. The surgeon tried to fix it numerous times by shaving down the lumpy part and then again by grafting into the scar, but it’s still uneven and bothersome. Is this able to be fixed? I’d like it to be straight or at least not so wavy from the side view.
