Too much cartilage removed caused deviated septum - Revision Rhinoplasty options? (photos)

Hi I require a further rhinoplasty. Last surgery in 2014 approx . Had 3 in total the last 2 of them were for the alar Batton graft (from the first op I had too much cartilage removed from my left side). over time weakened the septum and caused a deviation hence the odd look to the nose now. Please can you let me know if there’s anything that can be done here?

Thank you gor your quesrtion. Your nose shows nostril asymmetry, columella deviation, and the left side ala collapse.Because columella deviation is usually closely related with caudal septal condition, for sufficient correction, caudal septal deviation correction may be required, and reinforcement of the left side alar wall using batten graft or lateral crural onlay graft can improve collapsed ala on the left side. Whether left side alar base reduction is necessary can be determined after examination.
