Too much cartilage removed caused deviated septum - Revision Rhinoplasty options? (photos)

Hi I require a further rhinoplasty. Last surgery in 2014 approx . Had 3 in total the last 2 of them were for the alar Batton graft (from the first op I had too much cartilage removed from my left side). over time weakened the septum and caused a deviation hence the odd look to the nose now. Please can you let me know if there’s anything that can be done here?
