Your nose shows nostril asymmetry, columella deviation, and the left side ala collapse.Because columella deviation is usually closely related with caudal septal condition, for sufficient correction, caudal septal deviation correction may be required, and reinforcement of the left side alar wall using batten graft or lateral crural onlay graft can improve collapsed ala on the left side. Whether left side alar base reduction is necessary can be determined after examination.
