Hi I require a further rhinoplasty. Last surgery in 2014 approx . Had 3 in total the last 2 of them were for the alar Batton graft (from the first op I had too much cartilage removed from my left side). over time weakened the septum and caused a deviation hence the odd look to the nose now. Please can you let me know if there’s anything that can be done here?

You are still early in your recovery period and the nose is expected to be quite swollen at this point. The majority of the swelling will resolve in 3-6 months, and will continue to resolve as your nose heals for up to 1-2 years. You have not reached your final shape as the nose will continue to...

It is possible for the tip to come down after surgery. However, your pictures suggest some supra tip fullness and with time, as this reduces, the general balance of your tip will seem improved.
