I recently had revision surgery on my nose. I am now 1 month post surgery and feel that most of the swelling is gone as I feel almost no sponge on my nose (unless swelling is not felt). My doctor is in another country so physical check is not possible, but I send him videos to check. He says it is because of the swelling but this does seem unlikely because it is hard and is clearly a bone that also went to the left before op. Would a doctor be able to simply saw this off?

Hi, thank you for your question. A revision surgery (using your own cartilages as graft material) should be performed. Axis deviation can be straightened&tipplasty also would solve the tip irregularity..Regards. Dr. Cem A. Istanbul
Many thanks for your query
It is possible for the tip to come down after surgery. However, your pictures suggest some supra tip fullness and with time, as this reduces, the general balance of your tip will seem improved.

Hi @VictoriaKlaus11. Thank you for sharing you photos. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination
Best of luck,
