My nasal tip has dropped too much, 7 months post-op. Is this my final result? (photos)

I had revision rhinoplasty 7 months ago and my tip looks like it has dropped a lot. Do you consider that it's swelling or has the tip really dropped? I will see my surgeon on one month, but I am really stressed and your opinion would be helpful.
