I had revision rhinoplasty 7 months ago and my tip looks like it has dropped a lot. Do you consider that it's swelling or has the tip really dropped? I will see my surgeon on one month, but I am really stressed and your opinion would be helpful.

Well, there are no pictures of you, but, typically soft tissue and cartilage can be removed when they are in excess, or augmented when they are too little. These are readily revised procedures - usually don't require too much.
