I did a rhinosepto when I was 16 (ten years ago). Eventually my nose became crooked and deviated to one side. It has a really assymetric look that bothers me a lot, and has also became more droopy at the tip. I am not sure if this happened because of the surgery or as a result of minimal trauma to the nose. The shape of the nose itself doesnt bother me, nor does the tip, the only thing I really want to fix if the symmetry and straight line down my nose. One doctor said he couldn't do it.

Many thanks for your query
It is possible for the tip to come down after surgery. However, your pictures suggest some supra tip fullness and with time, as this reduces, the general balance of your tip will seem improved.

Hi @VictoriaKlaus11. Thank you for sharing you photos. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination
Best of luck,

Well, there are no pictures of you, but, typically soft tissue and cartilage can be removed when they are in excess, or augmented when they are too little. These are readily revised procedures - usually don't require too much.
