I am having a revision rhinoplasty that requires a rib graft. What is the rate of resorption/warping with these grafts? Also, at what point will I be able to stop worrying that the graft may be unsuccessful? I've heard of patients having their grafts warp several years after surgery... I do not want to live my life in constant fear of the graft being compromised. Lastly, what can I do to avoid resorption/warping?
