Can I have my Medpor cheek implants removed by a different surgeon? Will it be easy to remove?

I had medpor cheek implants placed an over a year ago. They are the smallest size available so they aren’t large. However my face looks very big and I want them removed. Would it be easy for another surgeon to removed the implants, and will there be sagging? And if sagging is a possibility is there anything that can be done to lift the area during removal ? These are medpor implants with screws will removal be complicated? I hope not

Thank you for posting your question here !My answer will be based on the limited information and lack of images for a detailed and personalized plan I would recommend consulting with your plastic surgeon in person.Removing an implant is not an easy task but it can be done , it is hard to tell wether you will end up with sagging without an exam as that will depend on a lot of factors , buta midface lift can be done under the same setting to help avoid that.I hope this helps, best of luck!
