I had medpor cheek implants placed an over a year ago. They are the smallest size available so they aren’t large. However my face looks very big and I want them removed. Would it be easy for another surgeon to removed the implants, and will there be sagging? And if sagging is a possibility is there anything that can be done to lift the area during removal ? These are medpor implants with screws will removal be complicated? I hope not

In my opinion, your face doesn't look that narrow. Despite this, if you decide to pursue changing the shape of your face, these are the following things to consider.
To widen your face and create better balance with your midface and philtrum, several procedures can help. Zygoma (cheekbone)...
It can be difficult to remove some cheek implants, particularly that brand. However, it can be done and I don't think there is much likelihood we'd leave you with the implants still there.
Providing that cheek implants are placed through an incision in the mouth it is very easy to remove them in local anesthesia. You should not expect any long term asymmetry after implant removal. Good luck.
