This is about 7 months after a breast revision surgery. After the first surgery in Oct 2021 (exchange of implants and a breast lift) I soon developed a mild capsular contraction in the left breast. In Jan 2023, we did the revision. He removed the capsule of the left breast and did a mild lift on the right breast. Now I seem to have a capsular contraction on the right side. It is soft, but looks like a rectangle, especially with my arms raised. Do you agree? Advice?
