Generally capsules start to form within a few weeks after a breast implant is placed but like all scar takes a year or so to mature/form the final capsule. For a breast implant exchange it would depend if the existing capsule was removed or not. If it was removed then its a similar timeline but in many exchanges the capsule isn't removed and will be there from the previous implant. Hope that helps!!
It depends on what was done at the time of the implant exchange. If it was just a simple implant exchange, then the old capsule will already be there and will be reformed immediately. If a capsulectomy was performed then it will take at least a couple months for the capsule to reform.
Capsular development can vary greatly to a few weeks to several months. Hopefully your capsule will stay thin and allow the implant to move. Avoiding infection and bleeding early on is important. Follow your post operative instructions in regards to massage.

I have taken care of numerous patients on suboxone without any issues. My practice is to communicate directly with the prescribing provider to ensure that all three of us have a concrete post-op pain management plan that keeps the patient on track. I think you're right to call around to ask...
