Hello, It is Dr.Hong from Fresh PS Clinic, S.Korea Seoul.I am very surprised and sorry for you experience. For me it is very strange, that your surgeon has not warned you about this consequences, because they are very obvious in case of processing only liposuction on aged neck. Even younger patient might experience skin laxity after liposuction, but after 40... Beside neck also cheeks (lower) make face more sagging,
To fix this issue with neck, neck lift might be single option.
