You would benefit from liposuction of the anterior thighs near the knees. However, the skin may hang. I recommend you start wearing a compressive garment and possible liposuction.

Liposuction of the knee region can be performed at the same time as thigh liposuction. Patients that have skin laxity from weight loss or aging, may benefit from a thigh lift. Skin tightening devices may help with cellulite and mild laxity.

Selective liposuction would be the best procedure to consider, including skin thightening modality like J plasma or radiofrequency. However, for this you will require a very experienced board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in this procedure; margin of error in your case is very narrow. Good luck.

Getting liposuction under local all around the thighs and knees and bodytite/morpheus at the same time would give great results and is easy to undergo.

You are not a candidate for a thigh tuck and would not be happy with the scars. However, you would do well with liposuction and minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening like Renuvion to help tighten the skin, especially in the inner thigh areas.

From your photos it appears you are a candidate for liposuction to sculpt your thighs. You may also benefit from J Plasma for skin tightening. Begin by visiting with a few experienced board certified plastic surgeons in your area for a consultation to learn more.

Your thighs look fine and I see no good indication for having surgery.
Liposuction of the lower extremities is notoriously difficult and has a high incidence of deformity and low patient satisfaction.
You don’t have access subcutaneous fat, and most likely simply have the development of mild skin laxity due to the loss of skin elasticity that comes with age.
There is no good treatment for this and I don’t think you should have surgical intervention of any kind.
I suppose with this attitude, I’m bound to make less income than other providers.
Avoid permanent irreversible surgical intervention, unless there is a strong clear indication which you failed to provide.
Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize.
Number of plastic surgeons to approach mastery of this procedure is in reality quite small.
You are nowhere near candidates for lift.

From the pictures you’ve included, I think your lower extremities are very proportionate to the rest of your body.
