Can thigh lipo get these kind of results? (Photo)

They've always been a problem for me, even when I was underweight. Always disproportionately large, and rubbing against each other and ruining my pants. If not to this extent, then how much girth can be removed from the thighs?

Liposuction can produce thinner thighs.  It only removes fat and if you have large circumference of muscle then that will not change.  It is possible that the skin may hang after liposuction.

It is best to be seen in person for a consultation. Your physician will want to determine how much of your thigh mass is muscle and how much of it is fat.   If you have enough fat to suction you should be able to achieve very close to desired photo. Speaking with a surgeon in person about what you can expect will be the most beneficial.

You can expect a big improvement with lipo of your thighs.  It all depends on how much muscle you have.  Be sure to get lipo all around the thighs for best results.

Liposuction could improve your contour, but the after legs you show are not contoured well for females and are not realistic. You do not want your legs to look like tubes.
