Not happy with breast aug. Loose skin makes my breast look deformed.

Unfortunately without photographs nor knowledge of the exact procedure you had performed it is difficult to offer advice. If you are questioning your doctors decision, seek out second opinions from board certified plastic surgeons in your area.

It is difficult to determine what the issue is without photographs. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with your results or the recommendations of your plastic surgeon, it would probably benefit you to seek a second opinion form another board certified plastic surgeon in your area. An in-person consultation will give you a much clearer picture of available options.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your breast augmentation results. Photographs or an exam is needed to determine if a donut mastopexy would be recommended for you. Be sure that you understand the pros and cons of this procedure before proceeding. It is a secondary procedure that is separate from breast augmentation.

You probably needed a lift with the initial surgery and still need the lift. This is not revisional surgery, but just finishing what was lacking.
