I am considering a breast revision procedure after having a lift and implant replacement appx 6 months ago. I am overall satisfied but not completely happy with my size choice. My previous implants were McGhan 68 saline 360cc. My new implants are Natrelle silicone SRM 375cc. Although my implants are larger, my breast appear smaller than they did previously. I am now considering changing my implants to SRM 445cc but worried that may be too large. BWD 13 2/3 and 13 3/4. Will this make a diff?
Answer: Breast Augmentation Revision Dear bb2024, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Breast augmentation revision? Thank you for your inquiry! Typically you need to go up or down 100cc to notice a difference. There are some small implants, 125cc or so, that you could try on to see how a larger implant would look. We would love to meet with you to discuss your options. Schedule a consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to help you reach your goals.

Answer: Implant size An in person evaluation is needed to determine if the implants. you are considering would be a good choice for you based on your breast width, body frame, and surgical goals. Going up 70cc in size would be a conservative increase.

Answer: Is a 445cc too large Hello, Increasing from a 375cc to 445cc is overall, not a large volume increase. You should spend a lot of time trying on sizers to feel confident about how much larger you want to be. You should also be educated about the profile of implant that they are planning on placing. Sometimes, a small "cc" increase can make quite a difference in overall projection if you are getting a higher profile style of implant.

Answer: Increasing implant size The general rule is if you want your breasts to be larger than an increase of at least 100cc is recommended as changes of 50cc or really less than 100 cc is hard to notice a difference and for patients that want to be significantly larger than over 100 cc increase in implant size is suggested.
