I like my boobs enough where I don't want to risk/chance going under-the-knife for a minor tweak but I am interested to see if there is any alternative non-invasive options that can give more of a rounded look/ fuller upper pole and appearance. Love my bottom pole but I would really love to wear a top without a bra but I can't bc I am not a fan of the sag. Any solutions out there that can help?
Answer: Breasts Although you have already been lifted once, you are still sagging. Another lift with implants behind the muscle can give better upper breast fullness.

Answer: Breast Surgery Thank you for submitting your question and photos! Unfortunately there is no non-invasive methods to add volume to your breasts. The two ways to add volume to the upper poles are by adding implants or with fat transfer. If you feel like your breasts are saggy then a breast lift or mastopexy can be done as well. All those breast procedures require general anesthesia. I would recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon like myself so we can create a surgical plan that is best for you and your goals!

Answer: Upper pole fullness Dear MommyMakeoverJourney12, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs. Answer: Upper Pole Fullness I would recommend a silicone gel breast implant. I would recommend seeing a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Ideally, a surgeon that has also completed a 1 year aesthetic fellowship accredited by The Aesthetic Society. I would also find one who has the ability to show you preoperative 3D imaging that can simulate different implant sizes.

Answer: Less Invasive Options If you are looking for more fullness the two best options would be fat grafting or an implant. Of the two, fat grafting is less incisions, but still requires liposuction to harvest the fat for grafting. There are very few solutions that can increase skin elasticity, but even these would not give you more upper pole fullness. Fat grafting would likely be your best intermediate solution as the fat contains stem cells that help with the skin appearance in addition to adding volume!

Answer: Lift or something non-invasive Unfortunately, the only way to be able to get more upper pole fullness to your breast is with a lift, but you would also benefit from the addition of some fat grafting to the upper pole, along with some mesh to help support the implant in the correct position.
