Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there is no easy fix. Many years ago, I pioneered technique specifically for patients like you termed "Reductive Augmentation. This involves an internal bra-capsulorrhaphy, revision of the mastopexy-lift, and excision of the lower pole breast tissue. You should be able to have a beautiful appearing breast with this technique. Best wishes to you.

Thank you for submitting your question and photos! Unfortunately there is no non-invasive methods to add volume to your breasts. The two ways to add volume to the upper poles are by adding implants or with fat transfer. If you feel like your breasts are saggy then a breast lift or mastopexy can be done as well. All those breast procedures require general anesthesia. I would recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon like myself so we can create a surgical plan that is best for you and your goals!

determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.

I would recommend a silicone gel breast implant. I would recommend seeing a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Ideally, a surgeon that has also completed a 1 year aesthetic fellowship accredited by The Aesthetic Society. I would also find one who has the ability to show you preoperative 3D imaging that can simulate different implant sizes.

If you are looking for more fullness the two best options would be fat grafting or an implant. Of the two, fat grafting is less incisions, but still requires liposuction to harvest the fat for grafting. There are very few solutions that can increase skin elasticity, but even these would not give you more upper pole fullness. Fat grafting would likely be your best intermediate solution as the fat contains stem cells that help with the skin appearance in addition to adding volume!

Thank you for your pictures and questions. Some more information about your procedures and timeline would be helpful. Based on the photos, it appears that you have had some type of breast lift either with or without implants. Sometimes with time, the tissue stretches out and causes what we call "pseudoptosis" or fake drooping of the breast where the nipple is in the right position but the lower pole of the breast stretches and the implant/breast drops. Unfortunately, there is no correction to this that is non-surgical and it will likely worsen with time. Correction would require revision of the lift, reset of the implant/fold position, and likely you would also be helped with placement of soft tissue support mesh (Galaflex) to form an internal bra support to prevent recurrent stretching. Make sure you see a BC plastic surgeon with experience in breast revision procedures. Best of luck!

Hello; in order to make the upper breast appearance as a full case; the best method is; using for round breast prostheses. However, if you are looking for a non-surgical option; the only logical technique is hyaluronic acid-based filler injection. With this texture; it is possible to experience problems even with compatible fillings. There is a high probability that; you will face with serious problems in such procedures; which are performed with fillers; other than these (aquafill, bioalcamid, etc.). Breast enlargement process will not realize by using creams and similar tropical products.

You don't state whether you have implants or not. You don't state what a minor tweek might be; non-surgical or a surgery you deem small. You can't possibly think you can get any meaningful feedback from a legitimate surgeon other than solicitations to come see them. My suggestion is give up on Realself, and get some consultations, virtual or in person, with highly regarded surgeons to give you the best info possible.

I am not aware of any noninvasive methods that will allow you to gain more fullness in the upper pole of your breasts. In order for there to be more fullness, there, volume would need to be added. That volume could either come from a breast lift, repositioning the breast tissue further upward, or a breast implant with or without fat grafting. Best wishes.

There are no non-invasive techniques to solve your problem. However, there is a technique called The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.
