These are my current boobs now. As you can see, one boob is larger than the other so I'm going to get a different size for that one but I just really don't want a fake pornstar look. The reason for the 450cc's is that when I lose 5lbs, I'm a 32B cup and I'm hedging for when I'm at my tiniest. I currently weigh 120 but 115lbs will get me a tinier breast size and I still want a fuller look. The boobs that aren't mine in the pic are what I'm looking to become. Is this doable?
Answer: Hello Hello, well to start, your breasts are quite asymmetrical, both in size and shape, the nipple of the right breast is higher than that of the left breast, 450 cc would be more or less added to the size if you have a D or double cup d

Answer: Implant size Dear Resourceful463669, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: 450cc If you place a 450cc implant into your current breasts, you will have very large breasts. I would recommend a smaller implant and a breast lift. I would recommend seeing a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Ideally, a surgeon that has also completed a 1 year aesthetic fellowship accredited by The Aesthetic Society. I would also find one who has the ability to show you preoperative 3D imaging that can simulate different implant sizes.

Answer: Size more important than look Nobody knows what appearance of your breasts will make you happy, and looking at 'wish pics' is still a guessing game that leads to reoperation, even in the most experienced surgeons (this is for multiple reasons beyond the scope of this reply). Regardless, whether looking for fake or natural, what drives women back to the operating room is THEIR perception of THEIR proportions, i.e. the size of the implant, and not how their breasts may appear to another person. So, don't crowd source here. You need to find a surgeon who knows that there are only two validated methods of implant selection: 3D photo simulation software or the use of in-office sizers, my preference. Finally, how did you come up with moderate profile? That should be decided by the surgeon as part of the implant selection process.

Answer: Mini lift with fat transfers or small implants At size 32, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 450 cc implants weigh 1 lb each, cannot fit retro-pectoral and will descend down the chest wall. Your breasts are already low on the chest wall and this will make it even worse. I recommend a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
