I had primary rhinoplasty 6 months ago and have been utterly disappointed with the results. The job seemed quite sloppy and the issues I’ve had with my nose haven’t gone away. All advice says to consult the original dr when things seem “off” but i was told it was only swelling, even though my concerns weren’t withswelling. My tip is twisted, columella lifted along with tip, and nostrils absolutely horrible shaped. I also have pretty severe scars. First 3photos are my original nose, the rest now

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty Hello! Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case from the photos you provided and I can say that your nostrils are really uneven, the tip is crooked and the nostrils are too close. I think your surgeon performed also an alar base plasty on you. I highly recommend you a revision rhinoplasty, you will most probably need rib cartilage reconstruction and external grafts for the nostrils to reshape the tip, make the nose straight again and correct the nostrils's shape. Best regards!

Answer: Healing After Nasal Surgery: Patience and Potential Revision The main idea is to be patient during the healing process. However, you may end up with a twisted nasal tip, as we cannot predict the outcome of your surgery. If you have concerns, please consult my colleagues. Ultimately, you may require a revision surgery, but the best time for that will be at the end of the first year.
