I am a 34 very athletic female And have lost a lot of volume in my breast tissue and the skin is thin. Will I still be a candidate for a lift with implants? See photos exhibiting the sag and stretch of tissue.
Answer: Surgery You would do well with a lift. I would be careful and not choose large implants for your stretched out thinned tissue will not support much weight. You might consider just a lift first.

Answer: Lift with Implants I would recommend adding some type of internal support (Galaflex) for the implant. You are a proper candidate for a lift and implant with support. This would ideally be done in 2 stages with the lift first followed by the implant in 3-6 months.

Answer: Volume loss in breast tissue, thin skin Dear Fitish35, based on your photo, you look like you would be a good candidate for breast lift. My preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Answer: Lift and implants If you are generally healthy then based on the photo and info you’ve provided, a lift and implants may be suitable for you. The lift would reshape your breasts to make them perkier, and implants would increase your breast size. Please note that implants would not be necessary if you only want to improve perkiness.

Answer: Am I a candidate? From the submitted photo you appear to be a candidate for a breast lift with implants. This would remove excess skin, raise the nipple position, and add overall fullness. The next step is to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.
