Hello! I had a breast lift with augmentation 10 months ago and my left implant didn’t drop and fluff. My surgeon suggested a revision to take a bit more skin off but now he doesn’t respond. Will doing massages and pushing the implants down/wearing the compressive band help at this time? I stopped doing massages months ago and wore the medical bra almost non-stop, with few exceptions. Any other tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
Answer: Revision surgery At this point you will probably need revision surgery. Return to your original surgeon or please find another one.

Answer: Breasts Removing skin will not put the implant in a lower place. I would suggest trying oral Accolate and external ultrasounds treatments to soften the capsule, plus your massages and chest band.

Answer: Revision of your surgery It seems you could have very nice result if the left implant is lowered. I cannot tell without a good exam whether the soft tissue needs to be revised. I do not think any special bras or band were massaging will change your current results.

Answer: Circumareola approach After 10 months, if the implant has not dropped it is unlikely that it will. Your areolas are at a different level as well. You would benefit from a circumareola approach to lower the elevated nipple-areola complex. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift You result actually looks good. The implants and nipples are in the right place. I would not recommend a revision
