Am I a good candidate for a breast fat transfer and can I achieve a 1/2 cup to 1 cup increase? (photos)

In order to treat your abdomen, flanks and lower back, liposuction is the procedure of choice. Considering breast augmentation, implants would be my first option. If augmentation is done with fat grafts only, you will need at least 2 stages to achieve 1 cup size enlargement. To begin, you do look like a good candidate for breast fat transfer based on your photographs, and could expect to gain 1/2-1 cup size. Regarding your abdomen, better photographs or examination would be helpful--if you have laxity in the muscles of your stomach, then the only thing that will really flatten you is an abdominoplasty. If you don't, then liposuction or liposuction plus skin tightening like BodyTite can be very helpful. Laser liposuction does not add much benefit, maybe a little less bruising compared to regular liposuction but also some added risk--it is not a "definitely do." How many inches to expect to lose also depends on your examination!

What you want is certainly possible. However it’s not a great operation. Most of the fat will not survive and your tummy could end up with ripples and dents from the liposuction. Not a good plan in my opinion because I’ve seen too many poor results

Hello! I have patients who desire augmentation without the use of implants. Liposuction of the abdominal area and back area are the best donor sites for fat to the breast. This needs to be a gently liposuction that protects the fat cells to ensure the best outcome. The best outcome in a single stage is 1/2 to a full cup size. You can save a donor area and do 2 stages which will increase cup size outcome. This is a great procedure and you seem to be an optimal candidate. I appreciate your concerns and skillfully executed traditional liposuction utilizing smaller cannulas to allow appropriate contouring of your abdominal and flank regions should provide the results you desire. Do not be fooled by slick advertising campaigns touting sexy liposuction machines claiming unrealistic or unattainable results.
Photos indicate that you are a good candidate and fat may be transferred to your breast attaining an increase of 1 cup size. The most important aspect of your search is finding a board-certified plastic surgeon in our area with lots of experience with liposuction. Good luck.

Based on your photos, you appear to have adequate donor fat in your abdomen to perform fat transfer to the breasts in order to increase breast volume.
Breast lipofilling may require a few sessions (surgeries) to achieve a fuller cleavage, which is an important consideration for many patients. This is done usually through tiny incisions which heal with minimal scarring.
Compression garment using a surgical bra will help minimize swelling after surgery and is typically recommended to wear for 4-6 weeks after the procedure.

You certainly are a candidate for liposuction of the abdomen, and in doing so you can transfer some of this fat to your breasts. Often 1/2 cup to maybe one cup is a realistic cup size increase that you can anticipate. It is always difficult to anticipate how many inches may be lost with Liposuction, however, I understand that it is a wonderful tool for body contouring. I doubt that you would get the full results that it sounds like you were looking for using something like cool sculpting. You otherwise have a great opportunity to improve some of the volume of your breasts and achieve the more contoured waist line that you desire through Liposuction and Fat grafting .
