It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

You have a very ambitious plan that will require a lots of planning! It would be the best if you could do all of these surgeries in one surgery, with one surgeon. There are practices and surgeons that posses this kind of experience that you need and can deliver expected result in one surgery. Doing that in 2 surgeries is not a bad option at all; do liposurction and fat transfer first. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Hello @Alwaysresearching, thank you for your question. I suggest you ask the specialists that will perform surgery because surgical technique varies from doctor to doctor. When my patients come to me for different procedures that cannot be performed in the same period of time, depending on the case, it can take anywhere from 1 month to 3 months for another surgery to be performed. You should do not two surgeries in two days for your body will need time to heal and will increase your risk of infection. You could consider doing both surgeries the same day if your surgeons agree. Otherwise, you will need to wait at least two weeks if you do the liposuction first, or 6 weeks if you do the rhinoplasty first. Ideally, you should have the surgery with a physician in your area for best follow up care.

I generally do not recommend people travel long distances for elective surgical procedures but do you understand that sometimes they’re simply isn’t local talent and travel is necessary.
If traveling for elective surgical procedures try to keep the distances short enough that you can have in person consultations and in person follow up visits.
Multiple procedures should always be discussed with surgeons well in advance of having a procedure. Surgeons do not like surprises.
