I’m interested in getting rhinoplasty using rib cartilage and lipo (Abdomen & thighs) with fat transfer to breasts. The procedures would be with 2 different doctors. I would like to get them done a day apart as I do not live in the area and only have a week off. Is this possible? I know for rib cartilage they need to make an incision under my breast and for the fat transfer, they need to do that as well. If this is possible, which surgery should I get first? Thank you!

Answer: Multiple procedures You have a very ambitious plan that will require a lots of planning! It would be the best if you could do all of these surgeries in one surgery, with one surgeon. There are practices and surgeons that posses this kind of experience that you need and can deliver expected result in one surgery. When my patients come to me for different procedures that cannot be performed in the same period of time, depending on the case, it can take anywhere from 1 month to 3 months for another surgery to be performed. You could consider doing both surgeries the same day if your surgeons agree. Otherwise, you will need to wait at least two weeks if you do the liposuction first, or 6 weeks if you do the rhinoplasty first. Ideally, you should have the surgery with a physician in your area for best follow up care.
