I want to know if I can do a breast augmentation without a lift. I had a baby a year ago and my breast have some sagging. I Also if a lift is required, is it possible to hash’s the donut incision instead of the lollipop incision?
Answer: Augmentation Hi there,Yes I think an implant would give you the volume that you are lacking post-pregnancy. As long as you are aware that your areola placement wont change. if you want a lift, I do think you would need a lolipop or anchor incision. I would reccomend a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over your expectations before making a decision.

Answer: Augmentation Lift Based on the photos provided, it seems that you must absolutely perform a lift to get the adequate shape/volume, nipple position, and restoring the breast amount.

Answer: Breast augmentation without a lift? Thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible to do a breast augmentation without a lift, but the decision varies based on your implant size preferences and desired outcome. It is important to note that if you are currently breastfeeding, it is recommended that you wait at least six months after weaning before undergoing surgery. Donut or lollipop lifts can be done depending on your goals and implant sizes.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medal to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast uplift with implants. Thank you for your pictures. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to achieve satisfactory results without an uplift. I recommend you breast uplift and implant surgery. Ideal incision would be anchor type for these kinds of surgeries. Best wishes.
