I have 110cc low profile on the left, and 125cc low PLUS profile on the right (more projection needed due to bone protrusion on left). Today my right is still smaller than the left, I am having the surgery redone. This time I want a bit more volume, 140cc low profile on the left, but surgeon is suggesting 210cc MODERATE profile on the right. He wants to go up 2 profiles on the right, this scares me. Wouldn’t the low plus profile and more cc’s already be enough to make the right breast match?
Answer: Sizes If you bend over and look at yourself in the mirror, you can see what the difference in projection between the two breasts is much better. You may need what your surgeon recommends. Try on the additional sizes with sizers to be certain.

Answer: Profiles This question is best answered by your surgeon who has had the opportunity to examine you and discuss your goals. If you feel the 110cc implant is too small you won't likely notice much of a difference going to 140cc. Your photos indicate the current implants look nice on you and are natural with your petite frame. Be sure to discuss your concerns before your surgery. It is important that you are comfortable and confident in your surgical plan.

Answer: Breast implants The problem us not the profile or different sizes. The implants you have chosen are simply too small. You need at yeast 275 cc or more ti get a decent result. And you have to accept that there will always be some asymmetry

Answer: Implant type Dear Minibreastaug, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Breast Implants Your question is very rational and appropriate to ask. It's difficult to determine on a photograph what the best profile and size would be best for you. Perfect symmetry is impossible to achieve in any patient. Your surgeon would be the best person to help you with achieving the best possible breast match. Even though the sizes and profiles seem much different, when they are in the body, it is not a dramatic difference. Trust your surgeon or seek another opinion.
