Hello, I am a 31 year old female who is 5’3” and weighs 135lbs. I have a 3 children ( my youngest is 3) and I have also lost roughly 80 lbs between my 2nd child and January 2022. In June 2022 I had a mommy makeover which included a full tummy tuck and breast implants (no lift). My surgeon had me pick 3 sizes of breast implants and ultimately he chose which looked best. My surgeon chose Natrelle Inspira 485 cc SRF profile. I think they disproportional (above and below nipple).

Thanks for your question!
In my experience, patients usually wish they had chosen the bigger implant. There is not a big difference between 300cc and 320cc. Perhaps you should try on implants again so you can make a definitive decision. Best wishes!
Your question is very rational and appropriate to ask. It's difficult to determine on a photograph what the best profile and size would be best for you. Perfect symmetry is impossible to achieve in any patient. Your surgeon would be the best person to help you with achieving the best possible...
The larger the implant, the heavier they are. As a result, they will weigh down the breasts, increasing the risk of sagging. However, it would be difficult to predict how fast the breasts would sag and to what extent.
