It could be capsular contracture, you need to replace the implants. Go to a in office consultation with your doctor, all the implants brands has a insurance for capsular contracture

Thank you for your inquiry. When comparing your before and after pictures, I think your nipple placement looks good. In the before pictures your nipples do sit lower in your breasts so it's expected that your nipples would still sit lower in your breasts with implants also. This is the natural placement of your nipples and implants and implant placement would not change that. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.

The evolution of your breast shape and progressively higher implant position suggest both implants have capsular contracture. Increasing implant firmness would confirm this diagnosis. You should follow up with your surgeon to discuss your concerns, have a detailed physical exam, and discuss your options. You will likely need additional surgery.

The position of implants are definitely too high and need to be lowered wad check whether you have capsular contracture. It is rare moving upward after the surgery. Please check with board certified plastic surgeon for revision surgery ASAP!

Your implants are sitting still too high and may be somewhat large for your frame. Go back to your surgeon and discuss using Accolate and external ultrasound to help soften the capsules and let your implants settle down if possible without surgery.

If your implants are continually moving upward this needs to be addressed by your surgeon. It could be the result of capsular contracture. The photos indicate you will likely need surgical intervention for correction. Smaller implants may be indicated as well.

Thank you for your question. lt is difficult to see from the photos presented what you are asking. I assume the implants were submuscular from the photos. Are the last photos showing the look you desire? If so, then the implants are definitely too high and need to be lowered with a lower capsulectomy and perhaps further release of the muscle. It is not uncommon for this problem to occur with breasts that have post partum deflation such as yours. Check with your board certified plastic surgeon for further advice.
