Hello I am already a curvy woman with a butt, BUT! it's not shaped the way I want it to be it has a hump at the top and a space between my hips and "love handles". So my question to you would be do I have to go all crazy with the amount of cc injections in my butt to give it the peach shape I want, or could I just add in the areas that need to be rounded out properly?
Answer: Can the BBL process be used strictly to shape an already big buttocks? hello thank you for your question and provided information as well.. based in your question not necessary to get crazy with cc, the surgeon in your case just add in the areas that need to be rounded out properly.is recommended before to get surgery discuss all about your case.

Answer: Can the BBL process be used strictly to shape an already big buttocks? Thank you for your question. Photos would've been helpful. Yes, you are right, it is not the size alone that creates an aesthetic buttock, but it is also the shape. What you describe is a "violin" deformity. The excess fat needs to be removed from the upper buttock/hip area, lower back fat pad and waist line, and fat transferred into the depressed areas to create a rounded, shorter buttock. For best body hourglass body shape, I prefer liposuction 360 degrees.See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear keefine90, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, fat transfer can be used in order to reshape the buttocks not only to increase the size. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Can the BBL process be used strictly to shape an already big buttocks? Without photos or an exam, it is impossible to provide specific feedback to your question. You may need an inferior buttock lift, posterior lower body lift, and liposuction. Consult with a board certified PS who is an expert in all three procedures.

Answer: Can the BBL process be used strictly to shape an already big buttocks? Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Definitely yes! Fat transfer, along with liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)
