Do I have to get rid of my Bio-gel butt injections for a BBL? (Photos)

I am not familiar with Biogel injections however if the product is permanent, I would not recommend a BBL.  The risk of infecting a permanent injection is too great and I personally would not perform fat graft to the area.  Sorry!  Best Wishes!!

most plastic surgeons will recommend you to do this in two stages. First to remove your injections and wait until you are fully healed in order to get another surgery in order to do fat transfer. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Unfortunately, I am having to do more and more of these debulking procedures.  Open surgery with direct excision is effective as it allows removal of the offending agent without additional or surrounding fat removal or deformity. The material is removed in the first stage.  It is rare that over 50% of the material can be removed.  Because the material is typically laden with bacteria means that you run the risk or infection and recurrence of granulomas.   A period of 3 months or so is observed.  A BBL can be performed later to improve the appearance.
