Will fibroidectomy affect my BBL and tummy tuck surgery?

I have been longing to get a liposuction, tummy tuck and BBL but I have multiple fibroids. My multiple fibroids has made my life unbearable cause I experience heavy bleeding during my periods, pains during sex and I always look 6 months pregnant except when am wearing a corset so the only solution is myomectomy but I fear that will affect my BBL surgery any advice please?
