I’m 21 years old looking to get a bbl this year I’m 5’3 and 106 lbs, I only have 18% body fat. I want to increase the size of my butt and get rid of hip dips. I’m scared of the dips and dumpling I’ve seen in some people’s results as they are skinny. Kindly look at photos below and tell me if I should go for it and if I have enough fat to transfer and not cause dimpling

Answer: 5’3", 106 lbs female wanting BBL. Do I have enough fat to transfer? Hello and Great Question. I appreciate the time you are spending researching this procedure. My name is Dr. Matthew J. Nykiel. I am a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, a Fellowship Trained Cosmetic Surgeon, and a Cosmetic Breast Augmentation Specialist. Thank you so much for the provided photos, based off your photos I think you would be a great candidate for a skinny bbl , in our practice a skinny bbl would be considered lipo 360 (liposuction of abdomen, waist, and back) with fat transfer to the hips/butt which would give you an hourglass figure, I recommend you do a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who can possibly examine you to give the best results possible. I hope that helps! Best of Luck! Matthew J. Nykiel, MD #CoreAesthetic Breast Augmentation Specialist Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Skinny BBL Great question! It seems like your desired photos are reasonable looking at your current photos as well. Do understand that skinny BBL's are often times a bit more difficult as the surgeon will need to be more aggressive with the liposuction to remove fatty volume needed for placement into the buttocks. As long as you go into the procedure knowing there will be improvement and not have high expectations, I think you should be satisfied with your results.Best of luck and hope this information helps! - Dr. Roger Tsai @DrRogerTsai Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
