I’m 21 years old looking to get a bbl this year I’m 5’3 and 106 lbs, I only have 18% body fat. I want to increase the size of my butt and get rid of hip dips. I’m scared of the dips and dumpling I’ve seen in some people’s results as they are skinny. Kindly look at photos below and tell me if I should go for it and if I have enough fat to transfer and not cause dimpling

Based on your photos it appears that you can get nice results from a brazilian butt lift although it wont be a dramatic result as there is a small amount of fat that can be transferred. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Do understand that skinny BBL's are often times a bit more difficult as the surgeon will need to be more aggressive with the liposuction to remove fatty volume needed for placement into the buttocks. As long as you go into the procedure knowing there will be improvement and not have high expectations, I think you should be satisfied with your results.Best of luck and hope this information helps!
